Meet Lorin
I lead Uptick Strategic Advisors, a boutique marketing agency focused on residential development and senior living. Our work is grounded in strategy, creativity, and momentum—supporting projects from branding and creative development through digital and physical touchpoints, pre-sales planning, and active sales and leasing, often long before the first tours begin.
Prior to founding Uptick, I played a key role in the successful launch and sell-out of more than 50 residential communities through my work with Polaris Pacific, a leading new home sales and marketing brokerage, and Grosvenor, a long-standing international owner and developer. Across my career, the projects I’ve been involved in represent $5B+ in residential real estate value.
That same approach now extends naturally into senior living. The context is different and the conversations are more personal, but the work demands the same discipline, judgment, and follow-through—supporting operators while helping families navigate important decisions with clarity.
